HP Stream 11 solo muestra logo HP y se reinicia constantemente (HP Stream 11 only shows HP logo and restarts constantly won't boot)

Mi solución.

Desarmé la computadora.
Desconecté la batería principal.
Desconecté la batería pequeña del BIOS.
Presioné el botón de encendido durante 15 segundos.
Enchufé la fuente de alimentación y presione el botón de encendido.
Verifiqué que la PC encendió y mostró otras opciones en la pantalla.
Apagué la computadora y desconecte la fuente de alimentación.
Conecté la batería pequeña de la BIOS y la batería principal.
Rearme la computadora.
Listo.

En mi caso el sistema operativo dejó de funcionar y tuve que reinstalarlo.

My solution.

Disassemble the laptop.
Disconnect the main battery.
Disconnect the small battery from the BIOS.
Press the power button for 15 seconds.
Plug in the AC Adapter charger and press the power button.
Verify that the PC turned on and displayed other options on the screen.
Turn off the laptop and disconnect the AC Adapter charger.
Connect the small BIOS battery and the main battery.
Emsamble the laptop.
Ready.

In my case the operating system stopped working and I had to reinstall it.
